目前垃圾焚烧发电已经成为双碳背景下绿色能源革命的重要一环，低碳化高质量发展是垃圾发电“十四五”期间的重要课题。疫情之下风险与机遇并存的2022年，江苏华星东方共有数十个项目在建，完成了14个项目的竣工以及38个项目的调试任务。累计参与了武汉新沟二期、南京江北、宁波鄞州等200多座生活垃圾焚烧厂的建设，正在实施和已经完成了近500套生活垃圾焚烧烟气净化系统，其中省会及直辖市项目35个，超低排放项目业绩数量保持业内领先地位。2023年以宁波洞桥、宁波慈溪三期等重点项目为新起点，江苏华星东方将继续以创新发展为动力，用科技赋能产业，锻造企业硬实力，解锁高质量发展路径，在环保“十四五”的道路上行稳致远。

Currently, waste incineration power generation has become an important part of the green energy revolution and the "dual-carbon" target. The development of low carbon and high quality waste-to-energy is an important topic during the 14th "Five-year Plan" period. In 2022 with the coexistence of challenges and opportunities, Huaxing has dozens of project under construction; finished 14 projects; and commissioned 38 projects. By far, the cumulative FGC references for waste incineration plants is more than 200, including references in 35 municipalities and provincial capitals, such as Wuhan Xingou II, Nanjing Jiangbei, and Ningbo Yinzhou. The ultra-low emission projects constructed by Huaxing East maintain the leading position in the industry. In the upcoming 2023, using key projects like Ningbo Dongqiao and Ningbo Cixi III as the new starting point, Huaxing will continue to take innovation and development as the driving force, use science and technology to empower the industry, forge the hard strength of the enterprise, unlock the path of high-quality development, and make steady progress on the road of the “14th Five-year Plan" for environmental protection.
