我公司承建的湖北省利川市生活垃圾焚烧发电工程烟气净化项目于2025年09月26日通过72+24小时试运行。 The FGC system for the Lichuan Municipal WtE Plant in Hubei—constructed by HEPT—has successfully passed the 72+24-hour trial operation since 26th. Sep 2025.
该项目设计规模日焚烧处理生活垃圾700吨，配置2x350t/d焚烧炉+1x15MW汽轮发电机组。烟气净化采用“ SNCR（尿素）+SDA半干法＋干法(消石灰喷射)＋活性炭喷射＋袋式除尘器+飞灰输送、存储及稳定化”的处理工艺，为我司EPC工程。 This project is designed to treat 700 tons of household waste per day and be equipped with 2x350t/d incinerator and 1x15MW steam turbine generator. TheFGC system adopts the treatment process of "SNCR (urea)+ SDA semi-dry method + dry method (slaked lime injection)+ activated carbon injection + bag filter + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization", which is an EPC project by HEPT.
