我公司承建的吉林省舒兰市生活垃圾焚烧发电项目烟气净化工程于2023年07月02日通过72+24小时试运行。 The flue gas purification system of the domestic waste incineration power generation project in Shulan City, Jilin Province, undertaken by our company, passed the 72+24 hour trial operation on July 2, 2023.
该项目设计规模日焚烧处理生活垃圾400吨，焚烧线采用1x400t/d机械炉排炉。烟气净化采用“炉内SNCR脱硝＋半干法脱酸＋干法喷射＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除尘器+飞灰输送、存储及稳定化工艺”的烟气净化工艺，为我司设备供货工程。 The design scale of the project is to incinerate 400 tons of domestic waste per day, where the incineration line deploys 1x400t/d mechanical grate furnace. The flue gas purification system deploys the flue gas purification process of "in-furnace SNCR denitrification + semi-dry deacidification + dry injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + fly ash transportation, storage and stabilization process", this whole above system processing equipment is supplied by us for this project.
