2019年1月11日，华星东方以“乘梦飞翔•再创辉煌”为主题的2018年度总结表彰大会暨年会盛典在无锡腾宏大酒店隆重召开，华星东方各级领导及苏州东方铁塔股份有限公司董事长韩汇如先生、青岛东方铁塔股份有限公司董事会秘书何良军先生等一行出席并参加了此次年会和联欢晚宴。 Huaxing East held its 2018 annual summary and commendation conference and annual meeting grand ceremony solemnly on the theme of flying with the dream to create the greater glory in Wuxi Tenghong Grand Hotel on January 11, 2019. The leaders at all levels of HXET, together with Mr. Han Huiru, Chairman of Suzhou East Tower Co., Ltd., and Mr. He Liangjun, Secretary of the board of directors of Qingdao East Tower Co., Ltd., were present and attended the annual meeting and the gala dinner.
华星东方总部、无锡、泰州、胶州等各地分支机构及生产制造中心工作人员和代表欢聚一堂，共聊今昔，但仍有部分职工坚守在全国各地的工程岗位上。年会盛典在一场红火的水鼓舞中拉开序幕。富有韵律的鼓声阵阵，犹如激昂奋发的青春，华星人迈着整齐划一的坚定步伐，走过了励精图治的2018年。 The working staff and representatives of HXET Headquarters, other branches and manufacturing centers in the cities of Wuxi, Taizhou and Jiaozhou,etc gathered together to chat about the past and the present. However, there were still some employees who continued to work at their engineering posts all over the country. The annual meeting celebration was kicked off with a lively performance of water drum dance featuring rhythmic drum sounds which represented the passionate youth owned by the whole staff of HXET who paid every effort to successfully make the company prosperous in the year 2018 by sticking to a uniform and firm target.
华星东方总经理吴浩仑先生代表公司管理层作了年度总结和新春致词。他在报告中指出，2018年是公司开拓进取的重要之年，也是快速发展和不断壮大的重要之年，新增的胶州胶莱生产中心进一步扩大了生产面积，全国4个基地产能稳步增长，为2018年实施黄岛、慈溪、小涧西、太原等重点项目打下了坚实的基础，更为明年海宁、徐州、西安西咸和西安高陵等重点烟气净化项目做了良好的产能铺垫。在技术层面同样可圈可点，2018年完成了全工艺烟气净化项目的技术开发工作，技术部门通过不断开发和深化，大大提高了BIM工程项目的设计总量，积累了大量工程数据模型，同时也初步打通了CAD二次开发后与ERP原材料的数据对接工作。同时在海外项目的拓展和国家技术规范的制定上，华星东方同样取得了较大突破。 Mr. Wu Haolun, the General Manager of HXET, made an annual summary and spring festival address on behalf of the management of the company. In his report, he pointed out that the year 2018 was an important year for the company to forge ahead, and also an important year for rapid development and continuous growth. The new Jiaozhou Jiaolai Production Center further expanded its production area, and the production capacities of the four bases in the country were increased steadily , which has laid a solid foundation for the implementation of key projects in Huangdao, Cixi, Xiaojian Xi, Taiyuan in 2018 and has also made sufficient production capacity preparation for the key FGC Projects such as Haining, Xuzhou, Xixian and Gaoling of Xi’an city ,etc next year. There are some achievements at the technical level which are also worth mentioning. For example, the technical development work of the whole-process flue gas cleaning project was completed in 2018. Through continuous development and deepening efforts, the technical department has greatly increased the total design volume of the BIM project and accumulated a large number of engineering data models. At the same time, the data docking work with ERP raw materials after CAD secondary development has been preliminarily completed. In addition,HXET has also made a major breakthrough in the expansion of overseas projects and the formulation of national technical norms.
细数2018，无非短短的365天，华星团队，众聚力量，让每一天都过的充实，每一人都工作的有价值。随后的表彰环节中，公司总经理为这热情洋溢团队中的15人颁发了优秀员工证书及奖金，愿他们成为年度楷模，带领其他职工一起，创变未来。 When talking about the time of 2018,it’s just nothing more than a short span of 365 days, during which everyone’s all efforts has been aroused to make the team group of HXET very fulfilling in every day and everyone’s work valuable. In the subsequent session of commendation, the general manager awarded the Outstanding Employee Certificates and bonuses to the 15 employees of this enthusiastic team,wishing them to become the role model of the year and lead other employees to create the brighter future together.
晚宴和年会抽奖环节始终是另一种“万众瞩目”。觥筹交错中，推杯换盏间，聊的是家常事，谈的是同事情。晚宴同时穿插的年会节目也是一场接着一场，互动游戏、热舞、独唱、中国舞、大咖模仿秀等等。抽奖环节更是掌声与欢呼声此起彼伏，高潮迭起。 The dinner party and prize-drawing are always another two major public attentions in the celebration. In the process of drinking and toasting, family affairs would be chatted and colleagues’ feelings would be exchanged . The annual meeting performances such as interactive games, hot dance, solo, Chinese dance, biggie imitation show,etc were performed alternately in the dinner party. Furthermore,the prize-drawing has won more applause and cheers with one climax emerging after another.
当《明天会更好》的歌声响起，2018年度年会落下帷幕，崭新的2019新篇章也已开启，青春在延续，华星人乘梦起航，永不止步，誓保青山绿水，再创辉煌。 When the song entitled Tomorrow Will Be Better was played, the 2018 annual conference ceremony then came to the end. While the new chapter of 2019 has also been opend ,the staff of HXET will launch their new voyage with their everlasting youth and great dream, vowing to protect green hills and blue waters and creating more glory without intention to stop forever.
