This project involves the construction of one MSW incineration line with a daily treatment capacity of 600 tons, equipped with one 600 t/d mechanical grate incinerator and waste heat boiler, one 12 MW extraction condensing steam turbine and one 15 MW generator set. The FGC system adopts the combined treatment process: SNCR in-furnace denitrification (not covered under this contract) + rotary atomizer semi-dry deacidification + dry slaked lime injection + activated carbon injection + baghouse dust removal + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization, and this whole FGC system is undertaken by HEPT on an EPC general contracting basis.
