我公司承建的江西省龙南市（三南）生活垃圾焚烧发电项目烟气净化工程于2022年11月10日开工建设。 The FGC project undertaken by Huaxing for Longnan (Sannan) Waste-to-Energy plant in Jiangxi Province was commenced on November 10, 2022.
该项目总规模为日处理生活垃圾1000吨/天，协同处理餐厨垃圾以及建筑垃圾等设施。一期工程项目规模为日均处理生活垃圾500t/d，配置1x12MV汽轮发电机组，全年可处理入厂生活垃圾量18.25万吨。烟气处理采用“炉内SNCR＋半干法(旋转喷雾)＋干法(干粉喷射)＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除尘+飞灰输送、储存及稳定化工艺”的烟气净化工艺，为我司EPC工程。 The total scale of the project is 1000 tons / day of municipal solid waste, collaboratively treating kitchen waste, construction waste and other waste. The scale of the 1st phase is 500t/d of municipal waste, equipped with 1x12 MV steam turbine generator, and the annual treatment capacity can be 182,500 tons. The FGC process applied "in-furnace SNCR + semi-dry rotary spray + dry method with dry powder injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization process". It is an EPC project of Huaxing.
