我公司承建的河南省邓州市生活垃圾焚烧发电项目烟气净化工程于2022年3月8日通过72+24小时试运行。

  The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project constructed by Huaxing East for waste incineration power plant in Dengzhou, Henan passed the 72 + 24 hours trial operation on March 8, 2022.

  该项目分两期建设，一期规模1000吨/日，采用2×500吨/日的焚烧线+1台20MW汽轮发电机组，二期增加一条500吨/日的焚烧线。烟气处理采用旋转喷雾半干法（Ca(OH)2溶液）+干法（Ca(OH)2干粉）＋活性炭喷射＋布袋除尘器+飞灰输送及储存工艺，为我司EPC工程。

  The plant is divided into two phases. The first phase is 1000 t/d, with 2 × 500 t/d incineration lines and a 20 MW steam turbine generator. A 500 t/d incineration line will be added in phase II. The FGC applies rotary spray of semi-dry Ca(OH)2 solution + dry Ca(OH)2 powder injection + activated carbon injection + bag filter + fly ash conveying and storage. It is an EPC project of Huaxing.
